Discussion of how identity should be treated as core infrastructure to support an agency’s mission and how federal systems (DHS, DoW, DOJ, HHS, SSA, GSA, Treasury) design their agency’s infrastructure to support their mission including gaps between systems, operational friction and methodology for establishing interoperable identity architecture both intra- and inter-departmentally.
