Biography
John W. Larson is the President and Chief AI Officer of Babel Street, where he leads the company’s engineering, product management, and data organizations and drives the integration of artificial intelligence across its software and data-fusion platforms. He is responsible for setting and executing Babel Street’s enterprise technology strategy—defining the AI roadmap, technical architecture, and innovation priorities that enable the company to deliver faster, more intelligent, and more secure mission insights to customers worldwide.
In this role, John oversees the full lifecycle of Babel Street’s technology, directing its AI research agenda, model investments, and product development to ensure scalable, explainable, and high-performance AI systems. He also manages governance frameworks that link AI innovation to measurable customer outcomes and builds strategic partnerships across the AI ecosystem to accelerate differentiation and growth.
John holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy (Quantitative Analysis) and a B.A. in Economics and History from the College of William & Mary.
