Biography
Mr. Padgett is a senior enterprise/data architect and modeling expert with more than two decades of experience supporting U.S. national security missions across the Department of War, Intelligence Community, and U.S. Government. His work has included biometric and forensic modeling, operational identity exploitation, enterprise biometric and forensic architecture, and large-scale architecture modeling modernization. His background brings together operational mission understanding, technical innovation, and strategic architecture leadership.
He currently serves as the Architecture Branch Lead for the Defense Forensics and Biometrics Agency (DFBA), where he manages the development of architecture products that describe the DoW Forensics and Biometrics Enterprise. He also contributes to AI-enabled Enterprise Architecture usage and development through U.S. and international engagement.
